I ended up drilling out the screw hole to make it a little longer in order to be able to line up the screw hole. It worked but this and the tightening process was a real pain. All other assembly was no issue. If this could be addressed it would be great for future owners. Love the bike. Only had a few rides so far and if any other issues arise I will be sure to report them here. I hope others do as well so we can all keep our bikes running like they should. They aren't cheap.

I had a problem with the holes in the rear fender lining up and had use a drill bit to elongate the holes. After several attempts I was able to attach the fender securely. At $45 a fender you would think the geometry would be correct.
